Its free if you dont go during a festival, or 5 during events
When i went it was $5 for parking per car. You could walk around for free, but each activity (pretty much exclusively for young children) costs $7-$12 more.
It is free unless you go during the festival, otherwise it is just $5.
Parking was free on the day we were there.
