What do I do if I dont have a bank account to set up direct deposit? I need to know asap. I wont be able to get a bank account until my first check

Tell them you want a pay card. You do not need a bank account. Your pay can fo to the card every pay cycle

Or you can set up a go pay card

I think that's a question for hr because the only options i know of are direct deposit or a pay card that they issue to you

They can give you a physical check if you don't have direct deposit, you can cash those at places like Wal-Mart.

Oh ok, asking because the email said not having direct deposit will make you have a miss payment. And as soon as I get my check I am goin straight to a bank. And then will get the direct deposit form
