If you have a work ethic the company is demanding but rewarding. The real complaint from most associates is really crying because they actually have to work.
When you come to work with a negative attitude, you'll get negative results
I can agree with that worst place especially when I helped launch the building.
Worse place I've ever worked. Had ridiculous policies to follow.
I've been there 4 years, not the greatest place in the world.... but honestly to get wrote up for being improperly trained on your first day makes zero sense.... your literally allowed to make mistakes as a new hire.... your entire first week is training.... I have to ask "what's the whole story?" Because Amazon is strict but never that strict on Day 1 new hires.... did u go to the bathroom for a hour or walk on the robot floor? Those the only 2 things I can think of that would get you fired your first week.... your first 3 weeks they're not even concerned about your rates at all.... n I made every mistake in the book n still have my job
But then you can reapply if you need more grief in your life
