The skirt steak was floating in oil which immediately soaked into the fries making them inedible! The skirt steak had zero flavor and rest assured this is my first and last visit. Mr. Irvine fix your own restaurant as this was the saddest meal I have ever had in a chef owned and operated restaurant!!!😖😤

I'd stick with the one in Arizona. The version by the strip was overpriced and underwhelming...to put it mildly.
