There's one alteration and tailoring shop inside the Galleria called, "Marcello's". It's located on the first floor near the ice skating rink where the Visible Changes and USPS is. A lot of clothing shops inside the Galleria (like Banana Republic) send their clothes here for alteration.
I've seen many tailoring shops and boutiques come and go in the Galleria. Probably because of the rent. I would suggest they locate into a strip center area in the Galleria vacinity.
