If you are driving the day of an 18 wheeler then the garages will be tough at best. Your best bet would be the ground level Dillard's parking lot across Post Oak or the shopping centers out the other side of Westheimer. Try the parking lot with the Starbucks on the Northeast corner of the mall.

I don't think there is a parking lot for pickup trucks.
I don't know exactly, probably pickup truck can park in the basement parking lot. Additionally bigger trucks such as product supply trucks are possible to park there. On the ground parking lot, normal trucks are enable to park there
