The last time I took my granddaughter for permit we had appointment. It went pretty fast but when she got up there the computer screen had stopped right in the middle of the person before her. We have another appointment on June 30th. I hope it goes better.
It's tough out there on the Fountain Inn DMV office. Yes, the line moves like a snail does. I've had to call it quits in two instances now. I actually opted to deal with them via mails..until the strictures ease off a bit. If your business is amenable to no-contact processing, my best counsel is that going there in person is not worth the pain.
The line usually moves fast.
