I have gotten cartons of Newports for $72 at the Smoke Depot.
It depends on which smoke shop on the Reservation you go to. But, since Federal taxes don't really apply on Reservation property, the cost of Newports are still at a premium price just without tax...

They don't carry name brand smokes, but their prices depend on the (house) brand. I pay $26 per carton for seneca.
