Are you able to make a spice cake for a birthday?

I'd call or go to the bakery dept in the store and talk with them.

It is not one of their standards for birthday cakes, but the employees are wonderfully trained bakers. Asking them in person might work, but they might not be able to on a short notice.

In my experience the ladies in the bakery are very nice . They will make a spice cake if you need it
