It's best to ask the hotel by calling about charges. Rarely does a business monitor Google (or Yelp or other ask question sites). Asking other customers may give you incorrect answers.
Sorry for inconvenience. Please call hotel with your convenience . I will resolve the issue if any extra amount was charge i will refund right way. I try to call you but going on voicemail.
