If they are busy they won't answer the phone. Very understandable that they want to give the customers visiting the best experience and service possible.

They are so busy taking care of the patrons and do not have a dedicated host/hostess so there is most likely no one to pick up the phone. Go check it out in person. Great food, service at reasonable prices!
It is a busy, casual place with good food at reasonable prices. Just go try it. Lol
Its extremely busy but its well worth the wait the food is amazing maybe just go up there during open hours
