Was given winners circle drawing ticket if I place my name on it will it be valid for drawing or is it tracked by the original person it was given to because they were the original owner sister is sick and it is blank at this point no name on it

The ticket is valid to whomever signed it. Just fill it out and drop it in the barrel. Good luck.
