Tachi Palace has steps in the front but their is not a staff member available upon arrival to help you up or down the steps. HOWEVER ON THE SIDE OF THE STEPS TACHI PALACE HAS AN ENTRANCE FOR THOSE OF US WHOM ARE IN WHEELCHAIRS. When you go through the entrance your temperature will be checked (COVID CHECK) Mask's are also required for entry to the CASINO. BEHIND THE CASINO EMPLOYEE YOU WILL SEE STEPS BUT DO NOT BE DICOURAGED,😊 TO THE LEFT OF THE STEPS YOU WILL SEE THE ACCESS FOR WHEELCHAIRS TO GET TO THE LOWER LEVEL WHERE THE SLOT MACHIES BEGIN.😀 IF YOU DECIDE RIGHT INSTEAD OF LEFT YOU WILL JUST GO STRAIGHT HROUGH THE CASINO WHERE YOU WILL SEE SLOT MACHINES BUT YOU WILL ALSO BE HEADED RIGHT TO THE TABLES!😊 ELEVATORS😊ACCESS TO THE SECOND FLOOR BY ELEVATOR. 2ND ENTRANCE in the back of casino. Yes you can drop off people they have a circle like a roundabout kind of valet parking then you can drop people off at the front if they're handicapped or they need help being walked up steps and threw the building you can park right there and they do have a staff member that sits up in the front to check for covid reasons and I'm pretty sure their stuff would be more than willing to help anybody in need of any anybody who is handicapped or in other words incapable of walking on their own or may need other services on that note they will be able to help you and it's a very very easy directions on where to drive through in order to get to that roundabout area of the valet parking and I'm their stuff like I said would be able to help you there's always somebody right there at the front I hope this was of help and it is open for people to go and play they were open during covid to you just have to wear masks and masks are required all the time regardless don't forget your masks.
