Atlanta has nothing to do with it. It's a lack of training, uncaring people and Walmart only caring about the money it makes instead of customer service
I agree with your characterization of the store. More needs to be done to maintain the standards of the Walmart on Research Center the same way the standards are kept on say, Howell Mill. And, both stores are in Atlanta and have diverse clientele and workers. The problem is a matter of management and the corporate office's concern for the shoppers of the Research Center store. In case anyone from the store reviews my comments, the store is often unclean, the front walkway into the store is dirty, many common items are not replenished regularly, the array of items is far less than Thornton Road (and it has nothing to do with the size of the stores), the Money Center is slow and inefficient, SOME of the employees are not helpful, there are never enough check out lines open and the queues are very long, very few associates are willing to check the stock room for additional items and the line to exit the store to show your receipt is unnecessary.
Well I like this Walmart on Research center Dr, but the one on MLK is ghetto, small, low stock, lacks in variety and customer service is lacking.
Y'all just throwing that word all Willy nilly. Disrespectful.
Yes, yes it is. What did you except. It's Atlanta.
I get my stuff and go. It's Walmart, not Saks 5th Avenue. I've not had problems given my realistic expectations. 😊
Sad to say but true - one of the WORST WALMART i've ever encountered. WHY ???. POOR MANAGEMENT!!! RETRAIN EVERYONE !!!!!!
