I guess my first question, is the mall still open, if so is the Disney Store still open. Second question, if the mall closed, is it open for public tours to see and take pictures.

Yes the mall is still open, as for the shops you would have to check to see if a specific one is still in business.

I do believe the Disney store is open and yes you can walk through and take pictures
