I tried bringing my dead lavender plants to get my refund, they said no because I did not have my receipts, I am going back to the house after work and try to find this receipt. I have also found that my walmart receipts the ink are fading quickly.

I would not buy any plants here you should go to Lowe's for plants they will always return exchange and honor refunds are truly a much better store and Company Walmart has really hit the bottom of the barrel lately and is the low of low when it comes to companies their bottom line is their dollar so if you went back there thinking that you were going to cost them $1 by exchanging that plant forget it this company does not consider the consumer a priority anymore they have taken for granted their size we should shop local and by local and put them out of business

Sorry to hear that. I thought their policy was to accept exchanges and returns on all items they sale with or without receipt. I even have it posted on a fine in their customer service center. That being said I am not a huge fan of Walmart and tried to shop elsewhere when given a choice
