This isn't a question more of a statement I never knew pancakes we flat and doughy they are to be fluffy and as far as the waitress she was rude my autistic grandson would make a better waiter then the one that worked today her name is Misty .

Well you will be happy to know they are taking out a great restaurant and putting in a freaking IHOP. Who in there right mind wants a decent meal from IHOP. It will be either that or the slop they serve at the fuel island.

I will keep this in mind, especially since we are preparing for another road trip.

Yes pancakes are supposed to be fluffy and not doughy. And the waitress is supposed to be there to make your dining experience a great one not a bad one.

Pancakes and French toast are served during breakfast at Petro and TA truck stops I love them. Usually they are fuffy and delicious.
