It depends on the store manager I would think. My local Walmart has trucks parked outside by the gas station. But I Walmart I worked for, the store manager would have them moved. The police would do it. I don't really know why. Maybe the weight of the load or the fact it was a smaller Walmart, less parking. But no cars really parked in that area.
