Maybe for some of their staff that are smoking since it is not allowed to smoke everywhere around the facility.
Many of the clientele do still smoke, even though it isn't healthy. MOST of our local grocery stores carry cigarettes, including Shaw's. Even Walgreen's still carries tobacco products, although CVS no longer does. By the way, no need for every person on line to provide just snarky and sarcastic responses to valid questions. If you have nothing informative and helpful to say, then say nothing, please.
