I'm almost positive the lobster hut is open year around.
They close after the xmas holiday til mid to late February.
It's not open year round, I believe they close before TG, and reopen in February.

I just messaged them on Facebook. They weren't sure about the close date exactly but said this: "We are not sure about the actual date right now but maybe around 2nd week of December."
They are open year round.
