For the most part they're pretty good. Most local businesses have significantly upped their precautions due to significant public scrutiny. There is a local facebook group, Central Wisconsin Maskers, that provides active information on local businesses as provided by group members. To be sure they're are folks who refuse to take precautions but the community neither approves of or (unfortunately) has any control over their actions. Local officials (Stevens Point) have been very supportive of Çovid precautions.
