Yes they do

They rent out wheelchairs free of charge. You have to go to the Security Office on the Lower Level behind Footlocker and Spencers Gifts. Closest outside entrance near the Security Office is near the Sushi On entrance between Macy's and JCPenney's.

I believe they do at the help desk.
