There isn't an age limit but i would check the curfew for Fairfax county if you need to worry about being in and around the mall late.

Check with local laws for fairfax county: during normal school hours, children under 18 can be suspect to truancy and subject to scrutiny and possible notification to CPS.

I dont know But use common sense and you know the age that they hang out aline at home (neighborhood)
