At this moment, the best access would be on the south side, entering from the Wrondel side. The construction has made it a pain but there are ways to get to the required access you need.

Parking now is a bit harder because of the recent construction. You will have to park in the back and walk around to the main interest. So it might be a little hard for disabled people to go all around from the back.
