Not as bad as you would expect for a specialty/co-op store. Some things are actually very well priced. Most of the bulk items are competitive or cheaper than Whole Foods, but haven't checked versus Trader Joe's.
Given their focus on local growers and producers, plus organic, and special diets like gluten-free, their prices are fairly competitive. Sign up to be an owner of the co-op and get coupons and monthly discounts.
The prices are fair. A good selection of organic foods and supplements. Nice salad bar and hot foods. Join for better savings.
