Why does this place make you pay for a hawian pizza when you order a 3 topping pizza with ham pineapple and bacon? ( which is cheaper)

Because when I tried to order the 3 topping they wouldn't let me and forced me to buy the "specialty" for more expensive

Because a Hawaiian pizza is a specialty pizza. There's ways around at every restaurant, so if you figured this out and it's cheaper for what you actually want, then why ask the question?...guessing for the same reason I asked the above question I already know the answer to.
