I noticed the room rate increased significantly under the new ownership? Were they renovated because they were pretty run down a couple years ago when we used to book (less than $99/night)? Please let me know.

Not sure about there prices I just know it's like going back in time and the owners are amazing people. Very rustic feel and awesome chill vibes

I know for sure the entire first floor has been renovated, inside and out, and it is beautiful! So I'm 99% sure they renovated the guest rooms.
