They bring the potatoes, bacon, sausage, and eggs out on big platter for the table, not individually portioned... so it's like a thanksgiving meal where you help yourself to your portion.
The bacon, eggs, potatos and such are served on a platter that your family passes around the table. It has large portions based on how you ordered. So instead of your egg on your plate with your bacon all your families eggs will be on one platter and you divide them up.
