Thank you for inquiring. We are only open for order and pick up. Guests are not allowed inside. Guests picking up food in our vestibule are expected to social distance and wear masks at all times. All employees must fill out a daily health form and are temped before entering Sunbird for their shifts. We are operating with a reduced staff to ensure social distancing of employees. Anyone entering Sunbird for any reason is temped and masks are worn always. All deliveries are unpacked outside and brought in by employees only. We are sanitizing all surfaces every 2 hours. We have installed Medify air filters throughout our space to ensure safe airflow for our employees. Hope this helps.
So my experience with their COVID Safety is that right now they seem to only be open for takeout. Customers do not actually go I side to get their food. You can order on their website and then you get a text when your order is ready. There's a side door for takeout pickup- you open the door, and there are bags on a rack with names on them so you can take your order. The process was very painless and easy! I can't speak to the practices that are being used inside where the food is prepared, but I will say that the one time I saw an employee leave through the main door, they were wearing a mask.
