I got changedon my card when I was trying to pay it said I had insufficient funds so I paid cash but it charged my card anyway and I need to get my refund back so how do I go about doing that thing anyone please help me

Call your bank and explain what happened and if you have to go in and show them your receipt and you want ot charge back to your account
