Yes, sometimes they don't answer it when they are busy. Unfortunately being a manager myself it is an obligation to take care of the customers on hand then it is answering the phone during a rush time. Just try to call back.
Sometimes you have to let it ring cause of how busy they are. They will answer but it's frustrating cause they sometimes have to ignore the call cause of dealing with others I have brought it to the manager attention
