Stacey - if you live in CA, please be cognizant that these are real fireworks, not safe&boring type stuff. I Don't know about other neighbouring states laws/enforcement, but in CA you might as well get caught with AR/AK-47's!
It is legal for you to buy and light off fireworks out here in Schurz, NV year round no matter where you are from : )
