Why don't they ever answer the phone ? They always hang up on you . I get it you're busy but this is un professional . Every question is important and should be treated as such

Yeah don't expect them to pick up the phone that should have been a given. Customer service has gotten worse everywhere.

I called Sunday 3 or4 times no answer. They said they did not schedule anybody. Walmart is running itself right to the ground.

They changed the phone system and now it rings anywhere in the store. Stupid I know. But it wasn't the employees decision...
