At Christmas time a drink comes out that says Apple Pie on it with, I think, an olive green lid. Have no idea what it exactly is but I would love to have some. Any idea what I am talking about and if it is available?

Unless your talking about green apple crisp beer or apple orchard crisp, then moonshine is only thing I could think it might be.

It's a moonshine

The only thing that I know of like that is an Apple Pie moonshine. They usually have it right by the register, it comes in small and large size mason type jars. If that's what you want it's available now.
