We have frequented Colton's since they opened, and have only experienced what you did on one occasion. We immediately notified the manager and the problem was rectified. We have, however, noticed a change in the serving staff, not what it used to be. Think they need to be a little pickier in their hiring and the manager needs to get back to being more present and making sure customers are happy....and being waited on!
I like Colton's and as much as I have gone there I've had one bad experience I think it was the server maybe having a bad day we do have them sometime.
We've always got great service at Colton's.

It's not a 5 star restaurant by any means. I would suggest if you don't like where they sit you ask them to move you. Go to Como steak It's so much better than any steak house in Memphis.
They have always been courteous when I have been there. ,maybe just a off day
