Is it just us or does the Denny's on Wade Hampton Blvd in Greenville have the WORST serve anywhere? We had stopped coming here 5 years ago after walking out 45 minutes into no order taken. Thought we'd give it another chance since upgrade. Worse.

I've been there a number of times since December 2017, and the Service has always been EXCELLENT. Guess they pay attention to customer reviews and adjusted management. :-) After reading the other reviews, for Clarity, I will add that all my visits have been evenings and into late late night up until 6 a.m. or so, as opposed to day shift. So I can only vouch for evenings' staff Service.

I went there the other night and ordered 2 shakes to go. There were only a few customers in there so it shouldn't take that long....you would think. They were made very quickly cause I could hear them being made. About 10 min goes by and another girl asked are their shakes ready yet , I didnt hear the answer but I still did not receive them. Another 5 min goes by and then she brought them out. I do not even understand what that was about. I think it just depends on the individual servers though because to be fair the week prior I ordered 2whole meals for pick up ordered online. When I got there I also added 2 shakes. Guess what ...I got all of that ( the place was busy too) within about 5 minutes .

Yes and no. We come here frequently in the middle of the night and the service and food is terrific!! But we came here a couple times during day shift particularly in the morning and the service was awful and the food was served cold and stale. The waitresses at night are helpful happy and friendly. On days they are more interested in gossiping amongst themselves then actually working.

No, it's no just you. We had the same experience a month or so ago. An employee walked out and the server decided to converse with customers they had their meal about the situation instead of tending to new arrivals. We left and others followed.

Worse customer service, our bacon came out like it died 3 years ago. And they thought it was ok to serve. I do believeni would of lost teeth like on the Tom and Jerry cartoon. Had I tried to eat it. I'm not sure how to add a picture. People were leaving. Door dash people were trying to get there own food. One server. 9 people in the store. 10 more waiting 30 minutes to be seated. Door dash people waiting 20 minutes. People leaving left and right. The manager stopped and talked to friends knowing there was people up front waiting to check out.. this happened at 9:30 pm on Thursday 4-16-2021
