There is one marketplace in Las Vegas. This one on Skye Canyon. Warm Springs and Durango is not a marketplace.

However there will be another one built in the Cadence area in Henderson. We were actually out that way looking at model homes in that area earlier today and we saw signs saying there will be a Smiths Marketplace built out there. I think they all need to change to a Marketplace. 😊

Only one right now
The workers at the one on Skye Canyon said there is another one in Henderson. Somewhere around Marks Street by the Galleria Mall area.
First one, although there are plans to open another either end of this year or early next year
