Not real sure all I know it is the best chicken I have ate since my Great Grandma.. You will not be disappointed.

Fried for sure. Pretty sure you can choose boasted, however not 100%. Perhaps you could call and ask.. I will tell you, I have had the family style many times. Never disappointed.
