l was at the store on Thursday. Feb 1 2018 Fully stocked and open.
They're installing a new one on rt 3, it's empty because they're not done building yet. Did you maybe pick the wrong one on the map? The one on 17 is open and normal operation.

The store on HWY 3 will be open mid February. It is in final preparation for the Grand Opening! There is another Fredericksburg Lidl on HWY 17 that is currently open.
Which location were you at? The one on Route 17 is open. The one on Plank Road has not opened, yet.
