Hey Brianna, Yes we do nostril piercings here. It would be a $39 piercing fee plus the cost of jewelry. We have a very large selection of jewelry to choose from. We carry everything from implant grade titanium to 14k/18k solid gold and genuine diamonds so it would depend on what you picked out.
