how do you speak to a person working there instead of the recording?

I checked the website first for times and movie title. There is only someone at the gate and a few people working the concession stand when i went. The website was confusing but essentially, they were showing double feature titles... meaning you can see 2 movies... the options were between kid animated movies or some not so well known films with actors that turned out to be pretty decent.
