Nobody buys VHS Tapes anymore unless you can find a someone on Craigslist or a site like it.

Recycled records might buy some of them call them first you may need an appointment depending on how many you have for them to look at.
You can donate them, but no one bus them
Yes Recycled Records sells VHS tapes i dont know about buying them.
Im not sure if anyone does.i donate mine to goodwill,i live in phoenix,your best bet would be to google it
Schools libraries maybe even homeless shelters(?)
