Why don't they take orders over the phone? It's walk in only. So I then need to drive there, make my order, wait with everyone else for 10 mins while they are hacking and coughing, when I could just call in, and have my order ready when I arrive?

My question is more why don't they accept call in orders. It's 2022 and why I can't call in a breakfast order so I can save time and not have to wait in line as well as the time for it to be made boggles my mind. Ill go elsewhere.

I've now been there three times in a week for breakfast and haven't run into anybody hacking in coffee. There's a sign on the door that New York State requires masks. Most places I walk in nobody is enforcing mask wearing. So if that's what you believe just wear a mask and protect yourself.

Because of Covid we have been short staffed and the weekend are just to busy .
