Can you register a rewards card online, can't see how, or do you have to take it to the store?

Did mine at the servive desk at the Gatlinburg store. We shop their when we on vacation. twice a yesr

Usually they have you fill it out there or bring it back filled out

Im pretty sure that you have to bring the filled out form back to the store

At store, fill out at home & turn in at service desk next you're at food city

Do it in the store.
