Not really. The millennial snowflake employees have such negative attitudes and complain about management

I didn't have a problem when I was last there. The store was clean and orderly... which is a good sign of good employees.
Absolutely! They are very helpful and have great customer service. We go once every few months and the manager there knows my son's name and plays with him sometimes just to kept him occupied while at checkout

Never really had to use an aasociate except to check out. One time I had a rum in with food court but management handles that well.
The service is good and the Starbucks is spot on with your order.
