If you have an account set up on the website you can check order status clicking my account, logging in, and check status of orders. Mobile users need to scroll to the bottom of the page and click "go to main site" first. If you don't have an account call the store in and ask them to look up the order. Have your order number ready.
Call the store and ask. Some orders can take time to get together (especially if they need to order tartan from overseas), but you should have a general idea of when to expect it. Calling to check in (especially after that long) is very reasonable.
