Yes. Review the room details to verify how many. Most rooms come with 4 passes. However the larger rooms come with 6 and possibly even 8. It will state exactly how many in the details.

Keep in mind that the park passes get you in the park before room check-in and let you stay at the park until after check-out. I believe it's noon on check in day until 4pm on check out day.
Yes its included. After check-out you will need to use main entrance into water park and hotel until 4pm your room keys will be deactivated before your water park passes expires.
