Towels are provided. Plenty of them. But if you like large beach towels, bring your own.
Towels are provided for the pool area only and you are not allowed to bring the pool towels into the hallway. Bring your own towel 'if you want to wear it back to your room when you're wet' they keep the hallways freezing cold too.
Like mentioned above, the towels are provided, however, they are small and won't comfortably wrap all the way around your body. If you have a room for the night there are larger towels in the room.

No. We did bring our own but they do have warm towels available.
