Hello, all children TWO and under are free. So if your child is one or two, they are free to get in. Thank you!

Yes, but be aware that the play area is open air. If it is 90° outside with a heat index of 98° expect to be that hot indoors! I was unaware of this when I made a recent reservation and having a health condition that is worsened by heat and not one to ever let my grandson out of my sight, I was miserable! There was no place to go to cool off. I could not use the pools or even the lazy river due to the amount of people in them. Shade is almost non existent and they have large fans but if you sit under an umbrella the fans don't do anything! Going back to our room was not an option the second day, so by noon, we left. Their website prices and those quoted by phone are different as well! Buyer beware! I will not return to stay in the hotel. However, I might let my grandson play for a few hours during the winter months ONLY!
