On their website there is a place to check and see if the waterpark is open, there are some days that it isn't open so if you book a room make sure to check the waterpark schedule to make sure it is open, we just recently went and check in is at 4 but you can access the waterpark at 11 we were able to check in earlier because our room was ready. Is îs open every day. When they say reservations they refer to reserving a table or a cabana. But the waterpark is open from 9 am till 9pm. You can have access to it once you have the bracelet, regardless the time between 9am-9pm.
